During the meeting, members discussed priorities, strategic directions, and key programs in response to emerging bioethical issues and concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The gathering provided an opportunity for the new composition of the Office to align its vision and initiatives with the pastoral mission of the CBCP, particularly in addressing moral, scientific, and social challenges that affect human life and dignity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members also reviewed current bioethical concerns and identified areas for research, education, and collaboration with dioceses, academic institutions, and other partners.
