{"id":942,"date":"2024-05-18T09:30:27","date_gmt":"2024-05-18T09:30:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/libmanandiocese.org\/?p=942"},"modified":"2024-06-09T02:55:32","modified_gmt":"2024-06-09T02:55:32","slug":"ordination-to-the-diaconate-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/libmanandiocese.org\/?p=942","title":{"rendered":"Ordination to the Diaconate 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>St. John the Baptist Parish in San Fernando will once again be a witness to the conferring of the sacred orders this July 2024.\u00a0 The parish saw its last ordination in 2007.\u00a0 After 17 years of prolonged waiting, 2 of its sons are set to receive the sacred orders: one to the priesthood in Dcn. Neil John Bolocon (see separate story), and the other, Sem. Rexwilson Alto who is scheduled to get ordained deacon on the Feast of Our Lady of Carmel, on July 16, 2024.\u00a0 Sem. Rexwilson comes from Pamukid, San Fernando, borne though of parents coming from elsewhere in Camarines Sur but who settled in this part of San Fernando in later years: his mother, Vilma, comes from Caramoan, while his father, Exequiel, comes from Calabanga.\u00a0 Sem.
