On the day the Diocese of Libmanan celebrated its 16th Anniversary as a Diocese, the newly designed Diocesan Crest and the Bishop’s Coat of Arms were also unveiled before an assembly of SKK Leaders, SKK Council Chairpersons, and the clergy. The new design was drawn by a group of experts on heraldry who call themselves Escudos Eclesiasticos Philippines that included the Very Rev. Msgr. John Brillantes, Mr. Johnel Dimco and Mr. John Paul Aven.
